1. Q. Will our dealer URL link change?
A. No this will be a seamless upgrade the link will not change. All old URL links will be automatically re-directed to the new 2.0 URL. All future placement should use the new URL which is available within the dealer dashboard along with multiple video URL options.
2. Q. What is the difference between our current “Get Pre-approved in Seconds” and 2.0 enhancements?
A. 2.0 provides a better consumer experience with a shorter application process. The application went from 4 pages to 2 pages.
3. Q. What changes for the dealer using 2.0?
A. The dealer has more control over presentation to consumers without changing the dealer process.
4. Q. What if I do not want the auto information on the first page of the application?
A. This is configurable. The dealer has the ability to show or not to show and to require or not require auto information. The auto info will be defaulted to show and required on the first page of the application. The dealer has the ability to customize these settings within the dealer dashboard. The dealer can also have their web provider append the VIN# to the end of the URL in vehicle details pages to capture vehicle information.
5. Q. What if I want to require Driver’s License number on the application?
A. This is configurable. The dealer has the ability to show or not show and to require or not require Driver’s License number. This feature will be defaulted not to show the dealer has the ability to customize these settings within the dealer dashboard.
6. Q. What if I want the consumer’s credit score to show up on the application?
A. This is configurable. The dealer has the ability to show or not show credit score on the credit application it will be defaulted “On” the dealer can turn “Off” within the dealer dashboard.
7. Q. What happens on the 3rd page if the consumer gets pre-approved on page 2 of the credit application?
A. The 3rd page is a pre-approval certificate if the consumer passes the dealer defined credit criteria. If they fail the pre-approval the 3rd page converts to a thank you page.
8. Q. How does the pre-approval certificate work?
A. The pre-approval certificate is based dealer defined credit criteria and has all the necessary disclaimers stating the consumer still needs to qualify for the vehicle, they need to have the right PTI and DTI to protect the dealer. The consumer has the ability to view, print and email their pre-approval certificate.
9. Q. Does the dealer have access to the consumer pre-approval certificate?
A. Yes, the dealer has access to the consumer pre-approval certificate. If the consumer clicks on the pre-approval certificate it will be show up on the right hand side of the consumer application within the dealer dashboard.
10. Q. What if I don’t want to provide a pre-approval certificate to the consumer?
A. This is configurable. This feature will be defaulted to “Off” and the dealer has the ability to turn “On” within the dealer dashboard.
11. Q. What if I want consumers lead information routed to two different lead email addresses depending on whether or not they passed or failed the dealer defined credit filters?
A. This is configurable. The dealer has the ability to route Passed/Failed lead information to one or two different lead email addresses.
12. Q. What if I want to use the Speed Drawing URL and the Carmen URL?
A. This is configurable. You may use Speed Drawing, Carmen or both. You do not have to choose.
13. Q. What if I want the video off?
A. This is configurable. The 2.0 application is defaulted to video “On”. The dealer has the ability to create dealer specific URL’s with the video “Off” within the dealer dashboard which can then be forwarded to their web provider.
14. Q. What if I want the consumer to have the ability to choose a specific sales agent on the application?
A. This is configurable. This feature is defaulted to allow a consumer to choose a specific sales agent on the application. When a consumer chooses a sales agent the selected sales agent is notified via email and automatically assigned the application within the dealer dashboard. The dealer has the ability to turn “Off” this feature within the dealer dashboard.
15. Q. How can I get the picture of the vehicle to show up on the consumer application?
A. This is configurable. We would need to be integrated with your inventory provider and the web provider would need to append the VIN# to the URL within the vehicle detail pages
16. Q. Can we customize the credit application to match the look and feel of dealer website?
A. Since the look and feel of dealer websites changes frequently, the new 2.0 application is defaulted to a neutral look and feel. The theme includes Dealer Name, Phone Number and Website URL. The dealer has the ability to customize the color scheme within the dealer dashboard.
17. Q. Will the new 2.0 version of the application be mobile responsive?
A. Yes it will be mobile responsive and will continue to have auto mobile detect, and display mobile friendly credit application. We will eventually convert to the new 2.0 version shorter form application and new video options.
